    Rationale:
Chronic Innate Immune activation by pathogenic
triggers in a genetically susceptible host mediate
    the pathogenesis through a cytokine/chemokine
    storm.
    Multiplex suspension arrays afford the
opportunity to analyze the complex relationships
between the cytokines and clinical disease and to
determine if clinical subgroups of disease could be
identified based on distinct cytokine profiles

    Conclusion
 Taken together these data suggest that
this systems biology approach is and
effective strategy for the development of
    serum biomarkers to stratify subgroups
of ME/CFS patients for appropriate antiinflammatory,
    immune modulating,
    antimicrobial and antiviral therapeutics
