Interview with Dr Byron Hyde on Skype or I Chat Video
You can now arrange for a two way video interview with Dr. Hyde using Skype or I Chat.. The interview must be pre-booked by the patient by emailing: info@ninghtingale,ca . Each session will be 2 hours. The fee will be $400.00 payable with VISA, or MasterCard payable in advance.Each session will take the following format:
1. 60 minutes: Dr Hyde will interview the patient concerning their illness, family history.
2. 45 minutes: Dr Hyde will answer the patients questions and make suggestions.
3. 15 minutes: Dr Hyde will suggest possible tests to be done by the patient with the assistance of their local physician

È ora possibile organizzare per un colloquio di due video con il Dr. Hyde con Skype o I Chat .. l colloquii devono essere prenotati in anticipo da parte del paziente via email: info@ninghtingale,ca.
Ogni sessione sarà di 2 ore. La quota sarà $ 400,00 pagabile con VISA, MasterCard pagabili anticipatamente .ogni colloquio avrà il seguente formato:
1. 60 minuti: il dottor Hyde intervisterà il paziente sulla loro malattia, la storia familiare.
2. 45 minuti: il dottor Hyde risponderà alle domande dei pazienti e dara' suggerimenti.
3. 15 minuti: il dottor Hyde vi suggerirà i test possibili da fare da parte del paziente con l'aiuto del medicodi base [ndt o specialista ]
